I've usually had pretty good experiences going through larger companies to purchase tickets for events. This was the worst. I was notified that my card was flagged in their system. I contacted Ticket Monster and they didn't even know why my card was flagged, but due to it coming up in their system I still had to provide documentation that the card belongs to me. I provided the information to them. I thought I'd still have my same seating that I bought. NO! they were sold, they offered me a different section worse than what I bought. I notified them if there was anything different since the seating varied greatly. They were then able to put me in a better section. I notified them that section would work. I then received an email stating that those tickets were sold and would be given a refund.
I have never had tickets sold out from under me before.
I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
Please avoid this this company. I have placed exactly 1 order with ticket monster and that was enough to know that they are a dishonest company who do not care about their customers.
After placing an order I was told the tickets I purchased were not available, I could cancel my order or accept different tickets. I agreed to the new tickets and they agreed to a $10 refund due a coupon code that I had. Otherwise I would have cancelled and rebooked using the coupon code.
After several phone calls and 3 weeks I was told that it was my problem and I would not be receiving the $10 they both owed me and promised me.
Please save yourself the hassle and use an honest company
